Leslie is an experienced trial lawyer. She joined RGM to fulfill her commitment to the pursuit of justice and her belief in the American jury system by trying complex commercial cases.

Leslie is passionate about trial advocacy and excels in the courtroom. In a recent fraud trial against Mercedes-Benz with RGM partner Pete Marketos, Leslie obtained a unanimous $136 million verdict for her client—one of the largest verdicts in the nation in 2013. After a two-week trial, the jury found that Mercedes-Benz and its employees defrauded RGM’s client, and further found, beyond a reasonable doubt, that Mercedes-Benz had committed a felony in the process—thus, removing the statutory cap on punitive damages. Leslie currently represents a group of former stockholders in a major securities fraud lawsuit against Nuance Communications, Inc. in federal court in Dallas.

Prior to joining RGM, Leslie was a trial associate at a large commercial law firm in Dallas. While working at her prior firm, she tried more than 23 jury and bench trials as a City of Arlington Prosecutor and as an Assistant District Attorney for Dallas County as part of the Lawyer on Loan programs.
